I am pleased to announce that the fourth episode of the NoSQL Database Podcast is now available.  In this episode titled Querying with NoSQL, I’m joined by two of my colleagues, Keshav Murthy and Prasad Varakur.  We discuss how querying works in NoSQL versus how it does in a relational database.  We include information about indexing, MapReduce, and Couchbase’s own N1QL query language.

The podcast episode can be found on iTunes, Pocket Casts, and other popular podcast repositories, but if you’d prefer to listen to it here, you can use the media player below.

If you have any questions for Keshav, Prasad, or myself, please direct them to advocates@couchbase.com and we’ll get you an answer as soon as possible.

In case you missed the previous episode regarding switching from a relational database to NoSQL, it can be found here.  For further information on Couchbase and how to query for data, please visit our developer portal.
