Recently our Couchbase Lonodn meet up had LinguSocial present.  LinguaSocial is a service that translates voice and text conversations. It is  built using Couchbase Server and Couchbase Mobile.  Marcel Goya, LinguSocial's founder, describes how they've built the service on top of Couchbase.
