Pop-It - A Social Kinect Game Powered by Couchbase Server

What’s more fun than popping balloons? Last week at CouchConf SF, we demo’ed an experimental social game app (Pop-it) powered by Couchbase Server 2.0 (Beta). It is so awesome to be here at Couchconf San Francisco today and see hundreds of people listening in at the opening session. I’m listening to our keynote speakers from McGraw Hill, SambaCloud and Shufflemaster talk about the next generation applications they plan to build powered by Couchbase Server 2.0.

Strongly Typed Views with the .NET Client Library

The latest bits of the Couchbase .NET Client Library support a few different view querying options.  In this post, I'll describe those options in detail.  To play along at home, make sure you have the latest Couchbase Server installed with the beer-sample sample bucket. 

I've added a view named "by_name" to the beer-sample bucket in the "beer" design doc.  This view simply creates a secondary index on the "name" property of "beer" documents.
