Over the past few months I’ve been bouncing between major Southern California cities such as Los Angeles, Irvine, and San Diego. These trips included developer Meetups on technologies such as Golang and Node.js and how to use them with the open source NoSQL database, Couchbase.

By popular request, I’ll be returning to Southern California in December 2017 to finish off the year and to teach knowledge hungry developers how to develop amazing web applications with Node.js and the Hapi.js framework.

Information on the Meetups and their locations can be found below:

JavaScript LA Meetup – Los Angeles, California

JavaScript South Bay Meetup – Irvine, California

I’m a firm believer of show rather than tell and for this reason, my sessions consist of actually developing applications, rather than running through a boring slide deck. I encourage everyone to join these Meetups to learn something incredible.

If you’d like to get a jumpstart on the material, check out a previous blog article that I wrote on the topic of Node.js and the Hapi.js framework.
